Libraries are social organizations that contribute to the information needs of the region in which they live by meeting all kinds of information needs of all segments of society regardless of age, race, gender, belief, language and opinion. In order for the services to be provided within this framework to be presented and developed in the best way, the library rules must be followed.

There are two ways of use in our library, inside and outside the library. Inside the building; Printed and audio-visual materials can be used in exchange for an identity card. Membership is required to borrow materials outside of the library.

Library users should act quietly by excluding negative habits and behaviors and avoiding behavior that disrupts the library order. Any behavior that may cause noise should be avoided. You shouldn't speak loudly in the library and work in groups.

Library equipment and materials shouldn't be damaged.

Cell phones are kept silent when entering the library and are not used indoors.

You shouldn't enter the library with any food or drink other than water.

Tobacco and tobacco products are not smoked in the library. Legal action is taken against those who smoke.

The halls should be left 15 minutes before closing time of the library.

Users are responsible for their belongings. The Library Directorate cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Every positive step library users take will intensify the service provided. It should not be forgotten that using the library building clean and tidy will increase the quality of the library service to be received.
