Our collection consists of Books, Magazines (Periodicals) and Non-Book Materials (Audio Cassette, CD, Video Cassette, Braille Books and Magazines) in every subject. Books are located in the Children and Adults Reading Halls on the first and second floors of our library. The latest issues of the last volume of the magazines and the old bound issues are in alphabetical order in the Periodicals Reading Room. Old issues without binding are kept in the periodical storage. 259 magazines subscribed by the Ministry are coming to our library this year. The amount of publications purchased by the Publication Selection Committee of the General Directorate of Libraries and Publications on behalf of the Public Library of our Ministry, donated and sent from official institutions is approximately 5000 per year.
